Would give 10 stars if I could! We stumbled across Classic House after seeing this 1960s chair in a nearby store that needed new foam in its cushions.  We decided to go ask an upholsterer if this was possible before purchasing the chair.  As we were describing the chair to Charlie, we realized that he really needed more information to know if he could insert the cushion. We offered to go back and look at the chair again, but instead he said he would just come with us! This kind of customer service just doesn't exist anymore.  After seeing the chair and deciding he could work on it, Charlie put it himself in the back of his truck and took it to his store.  He had it ready that same afternoon and the chair was perfect.  Price was very reasonable as well.  Would 100% recommend this store. Charlie and Isaac are honest and hardworking gems.
